Orders & Payments

We accept debit cards, credit cards, and UPI as payment methods.

Orders can be cancelled before the order status is marked as “Shipped.

In the event of any pricing or product description errors on the site, Wafa Naqab Shop reserves the right to correct the issue and cancel or update the order. The company’s decision will be final.

Returns & Refunds

• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returned clothing items must have all original tags attached and intact, and must be in unused and undamaged condition.

If the shipped product matches the customer’s order but is no longer wanted, the customer will bear the return shipping costs.

If the product received does not match the description or is incorrect, the seller will bear the return shipping cost.

Refunds are only processed if the returned product meets all the above return conditions.

If a different, damaged, used, or counterfeit product is returned instead of the original item, no refund will be issued, and Wafa Naqab Shop reserves the right to take further action, including suspending the customer account.

Refunds will be credited to the same account from which the payment was received.

The refund process may take 7 to 14 business days after the returned item is received and approved.
